I concur whole heartedly, that when moments stress you out, you should pause.. Take a break and regroup… Take time to reassess and sort out the real issue and a sensible course of action. Sometimes, the action does not fit the reaction .  Pause. Give yourself time. Breath. Think. Give yourself some time to reconcile the stress… It’s not all your fault.. Sometimes you need to just regroup. Embrace those folks that get it…. You can prevail…
